  "key_responsibilities": "<div><!--block--><strong>Essential Job Duties:</strong></div><ul><li><!--block-->The melt controller is responsible for converting raw materials into liquid metal at temperatures exceeding (2800) degrees; responsible for the quality of the metal including chemical and temperatures control.</li><li><!--block-->The Controller controls the chemistry of the metals. If not correct they need to adjust chemistry into spec</li><li><!--block-->Responsible for maintaining the furnace including daily patches and repairs and relining the refractory.</li><li><!--block-->Responsible for maintaining recording pouring temperatures.</li><li><!--block-->Preparing the pouring ladles for daily use; pouring metal into ladles.</li><li><!--block-->Ability to take direction from supervisor; understanding temperatures controls; assisting with the cleaning/maintaining furnaces ladles.</li><li><!--block-->Perform all duties in a safe and responsible manner</li></ul><div><!--block--><strong>ASC Engineered Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
