          "text": "<p>We are looking for Per Diem Clinical/Skills Lab Faculty to join our team in conjunction with our Workforce Development Partner, Trinity Health.</p><p>The Clinical/Skills Lab Faculty will provide Skills Lab and/or Clinical site education to students enrolled at the assigned Workforce Development Program site.<br>\n<br>\n*Hours vary based on clinical rotation and/or skills lab course. We are currently looking for Friday, Saturday, Sunday availability.</p><ol><li>Providing education in the skills lab and/or clinical setting commensurate with established curriculum and faculty expertise (clinical rotations can be days, evenings, weekends, or a combination of all);</li><li>Utilize principles of teaching that recognize the characteristics of the adult learner;</li><li>Plan and supervises student clinical experience in assigned health care facilities;</li><li>Evaluates student performance in relation to clinical learning outcomes in accordance with policies and procedures established by Unitek College, Department of Nursing;</li><li>Provide feedback of clinical performance or specific event in a timely manner after observation;</li><li>Assists in maintaining student records as evidenced by keeping accurate clinical and/or skills lab attendance, completed skills check-off forms, and assisting with requested programmatic outcome data collection;</li><li>Ensuring clinical assignments meet both student and facility needs;</li><li>Determines best method to observe, instruct, and evaluate students;</li><li>Makes continuous efforts to improve quality of instruction;</li><li>Demonstrate or be willing to acquire skills for utilizing online activities as enhancers to course content/material during interactive teaching and learning;</li><li>Submit required program reports and forms to the Academic Site Director of the program in a timely manner;</li><li>Keep current with innovative technologies and safety regulations;</li><li>Participate in committee activities that support the mission and function of the nursing program as needed;</li><li>Attend faculty meetings;</li><li>Provide access to students for ongoing communication through scheduling of office hours, electronic communication, or other appropriate method.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ol>",

          "text": "<ol><li>Registered Nurse with current unencumbered licensure in the state in which you are applying to teach.</li><li>Minimum of a completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university that includes course work in nursing education or administration, and academic preparation for the subject they teach to be considered.</li><li>Able to meet the faculty requirements set by the Board of Nursing.</li><li>Experience which demonstrates: Current knowledge of nursing practice; ability to mentor students in classroom, lab and clinical settings; ability to work independently without close supervision; broad knowledge of nursing sciences; successful handling of day-to-day operations in the nursing lab; proficient, strong communications skills, verbal and written; current knowledge/experience in clinical setting.</li><li>Minimum four-years’ experience, with one year in the last five years, as a registered nurse providing direct patient care (clinical teaching in an RN program applies toward direct patient care.)</li><li>One-year experience teaching courses related to nursing or completion of a course which includes practice in teaching nursing preferred.</li><li>Expertise in one of the following areas of nursing – Mental Health, Medical-Surgical, Geriatrics, Pediatrics, L&amp;D, Community Health, and/or Critical Care preferred.</li><li>Must obtain ATI, Assessment Technology Institute Certification within 30 days of hire (offered by Unitek).</li><li>Current immunizations and Basic Life Support Certification.</li></ol>",
