BMS provides command-and-control, range coordination, and a common operational picture supporting test, training, and mission rehearsal across a complex, multi-domain environment. The Program Manager will provide end-to-end program leadership, stakeholder coordination, and technical oversight for BMS sustainment, upgrades, integration, and operations. This role requires a proactive leader who can balance strategic direction with hands-on oversight in a dynamic, safety-critical test and training range environment—collaborating closely with government customers, range operations, engineering teams, and industry partners. #LI-MJ1
