As a Senior Power BI Business Intelligence Analyst, you will drive strategic decision-making across the organization, set reporting standards, and mentor a high-performing global service team. Your blend of technical mastery, creative insight, and business acumen will help shape our data culture and empower innovation at scale.</p>\n     <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n     <ul>\n      <li><strong>Strategic Stakeholder Leadership:</strong> Partner directly with senior business leaders to define data-driven strategies, establish KPIs, and deliver actionable insights that influence high-level decision-making.</li>\n      <li><strong>Enterprise-Grade Dashboard Development:</strong> Architect sophisticated, visually compelling Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions tailored for executive audiences and critical business functions.</li>\n      <li><strong>Team Mentorship &amp; Development:</strong> Mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous professional growth.</li>\n      <li><strong>Reporting Standards &amp; Governance:</strong> Champion the establishment and enforcement of analytics standards, style guides, and best practices, ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability across all BI deliverables.</li>\n      <li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong> Engage with IT, operations, and business leaders to translate complex data sets into strategic opportunities and business value.</li>\n      <li><strong>Executive Communication:</strong> Present insights, recommendations, and business cases to senior management in a compelling, persuasive manner, influencing organizational direction.</li>\n     </ul>\n     <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n     <ul>\n      <li>6 - 9 years of progressive experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a related discipline, with demonstrated impact at the enterprise level</li>\n      <li>Proven track record of leading analytics initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes</li>\n      <li>Expert-level proficiency with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and integration with complex data sources</li>\n      <li>Strong portfolio highlighting enterprise dashboard solutions and advanced data storytelling capabilities</li>\n      <li>Experience mentoring and developing analytics teams; recognized for thought leadership and innovation</li>\n      <li>Exceptional stakeholder management and executive influence skills</li>\n      <li>Deep understanding of analytics governance, reporting standards, and data visualization best practices</li>\n      <li>Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities</li>\n      <li>Creative, strategic thinker with a passion for transforming data into business value</li>\n     </ul>\n     <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n     <ul>\n      <li>Experience with multiple BI platforms (Tableau, Qlik, etc.)</li>\n      <li>Advanced knowledge of SQL, DAX, Python, or other data/query languages</li>\n      <li>Relevant certifications (e.g., PL-300, Tableau, AWS, Azure)</li>\n      <li>Experience in healthcare, medical device, or highly regulated industries</li>\n      <li>Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Visual Communication, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field</li>\n     </ul>\n     <p>The annualized base salary range for this role is $93,000 to $130,000 and is bonus eligible.
