Be part of something new! Healthy Living is opening a new store in Clifton Park and is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help build an exceptional team and create an outstanding shopping experience from the ground up.
The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) is a key leader responsible for supporting daily store operations while developing and coaching Department Managers to achieve operational and customer service excellence. This role focuses on building leadership skills, improving productivity, promoting safety and hospitality, and maintaining company standards. The ASM provides ongoing training, guidance, and accountability, helping department leaders grow their teams, strengthen performance, and drive store results in a positive, high-performing environment.

Schedule: Full-time salaried position, 40 hours/flexible scheduling and weekend availability required
