    "description": "<p>As we continue to grow at ScreenPoint Medical, we are looking for a hands-on, customer-driven Product Designer to make an impact on improving breast cancer care by shaping how clinicians, healthcare teams, and ultimately patients experience our AI across the Transpara product family.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is a craft role with broad reach. You'll design the interfaces radiologists use every day, map the clinical and patient workflows our AI fits into, run the user research that validates our concepts, and shape the visual language that holds our products together. Today our products serve radiologists and breast care teams; as we expand toward broader healthcare stakeholders and patient-facing experiences, this role will be central to making that journey coherent.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You'll work across our full product portfolio, from core clinical AI products to our platform, and on partner-facing experiences delivered through OEM and channel integrations. You will report to the Chief Product &amp; Technology Officer and collaborate closely with Product Managers, Clinical Scientists, AI Researchers, Software Engineers, Customer Success, Marketing, and strategic partners.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key responsibilities</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design product experiences: Turn product strategy into mockups, prototypes, and production-ready UI across our breast AI product family, balancing clinical value, regulatory requirements, and partner commitments.</li>\n<li>Map clinical and patient workflows: Collaborate with Product Managers and Clinical Scientists to map breast imaging workflows — from radiologist reading and reporting today to broader care team and patient interactions as our products evolve. Identify where AI fits, how it should be presented, and where workflow friction creates opportunity.</li>\n<li>Run customer and user research: Plan and conduct structured interviews with radiologists, healthcare professionals, and patients worldwide.</li>\n<li>Synthesize findings into validated design decisions and feed them into PM and R&amp;D backlogs.</li>\n<li>Own the design system and visual language: Maintain and evolve the cross-product design language component library, color system, brand consistency across Transpara products and partner integrations.</li>\n<li>Bridge design, clinical, and R&amp;D: Act as the design link from concept through delivery, surfacing risks, forcing decisions, and ensuring clinical insights translate into product decisions.</li>\n<li>Visualize strategy: Develop northstar visuals and concept artifacts that align R&amp;D, Clinical, and Commercial on product direction.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Job requirements</span><br></p>\n<p>You are a hands-on designer who runs their own research, brings clarity to ambiguous problems, and pushes for decisions. You are comfortable owning a problem from first interview to shipped UI and workflow solutions. You bring:<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years as a Product Designer / UX Designer with a strong portfolio of shipped product work.<br></li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to design for complex professional users (B2B, expert tooling, technical or scientific workflows); experience designing patient-facing or consumer healthcare products is a plus.</li>\n<li>Hands-on user research experience: planning and running structured interviews, synthesizing findings, translating insight into design decisions.</li>\n<li>Strong visual design craft: comfortable owning UI design, design systems, and brand-consistent product experiences.</li>\n<li>Experience working in or closely with cross-functional R&amp;D teams (software, AI, data science, clinical).</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills: able to bridge design, technical, clinical, and partner perspectives.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience designing for medical imaging, radiology, clinical software, or other regulated professional domains.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with regulated product development environments (MDR, FDA, ISO 13485)</li>\n<li>Workflow design or service design background, comfortable mapping multi-actor processes, not only screens.</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with Figma, prototyping tools, and design system maintenance.</li>\n<li>Awareness of DICOM, HL7, or clinical IT integration patterns<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Note: deep clinical or radiology experience is a plus, not a requirement.
