This role is ideal for a proven industry professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment, builds strong relationships, and knows how to drive meaningful, sustainable growth.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and execute sales strategies to expand DRC’s presence in the foodservice channel across key distributors, operators, and regional accounts.</li>\n <li>Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across key categories including smoked sausage, cooked proteins, and marinated meats.</li>\n <li>Manage and grow existing customer relationships through consistent follow-up, performance tracking, and partnership-building.</li>\n <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and R&D to deliver customer-specific programs and solutions.</li>\n <li>Maintain a strong understanding of category trends, pricing, and competitive landscape.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>3+ years of experience in foodservice sales, ideally within meat, protein, or grocery-related categories.</li>\n <li>Established network within foodservice distributors, brokers, and operator accounts.</li>\n <li>Proven track record of sales growth and account management success.</li>\n <li>Highly motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.</li>\n <li>Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li>\n <li>Based in Dallas, TX (or within daily commuting distance).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives.</li>\n <li>Opportunity to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial organization with a national footprint.</li>\n <li>A culture that values accountability, initiative, and teamwork.</li>\n <li>The chance to make a tangible impact and help shape the future of our business.</li>\n</ul>",
