This position may include responsibility for communication between individual customers and the Company. The scope of the job may vary with the size of the operation and its primary line of business. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong><u>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</u></strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Proactively monitors the work of assigned employees to ensure that customer satisfaction, safety, security, quality, and employee relations meet or exceed standards.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Maintain and control all required aspects of the operation in accordance with the corporate security program and TSA legislation.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Ensure that the required company audit requirements are undertaken to always ensure continuity and compliance.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Read, understand and clarify the implementation of the site-specific security plan and ensure that all staff is issued with a relevant company ID and that they are required to display this identity badge.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Ensures they administer practices in a fair and equitable manner, where all employees, customers, vendors, and other third parties are treated with respect. The scope of the job may vary with the size of the operation and its primary line of business.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Responsible for cargo warehousing, including receiving, dispatching, and staging airfreight, air mail, and other cargo at air freight docks and other cargo facilities.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Responsible for operating motorized vehicles as related to the operation</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Routine cleaning of work areas, ramps, equipment, and facilities with or without powered equipment; and&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Other duties and functions related to the foregoing.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong><u>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</u></strong><u>:</u></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Performs bending, squatting, kneeling, walking, climbing, reaching from ground level to overhead; possesses the ability to grip objects. Must be able to push, pull, lift and carry things such as heavy objects, luggage, and packages (up to 70 pounds) in and out of aircraft within confined aircraft cargo space or onto or from a conveyor belt.
