Description

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations within the branch location, ensuring efficient product flow, inventory accuracy, operational safety, and overall team productivity. This role provides leadership and direction for warehouse personnel while maintaining a safe, organized, and customer-focused operation. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for inventory management, product movement, workforce planning, and operational execution. Working closely with branch leadership, sales, purchasing, and logistics teams, this individual ensures product availability, operational efficiency, and exceptional service to both internal and external customers. Responsibilities: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and product movement. Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members through hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, performance management, and ongoing development. Maintain a safe, organized, and productive warehouse environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. Monitor inventory levels, inventory accuracy, and stock organization to support operational and customer needs. Conduct and oversee cycle counts, inventory audits, and inventory reconciliation activities. Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, operational challenges, and workflow inefficiencies. Develop and implement processes that improve productivity, accuracy, and operational efficiency. Coordinate with purchasing, sales, logistics, and branch leadership to ensure timely product availability and customer fulfillment. Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve operational goals. Ensure proper operation and maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities. Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and safety. Support customer satisfaction through accurate order fulfillment and responsive operational support. Perform additional duties as assigned to support branch and company objectives.
