You will ensure that client expectations and scope requirements are met with a high level of quality control across our project developments. You'll be hands on and lead commissioning activities while working directly with clients on-site to deliver successful project outcomes.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the commissioning of AV/UC spaces, audio systems, and integrated technology solutions onsite and in workshop environments.</li>\n<li>Configure, test and troubleshoot network-connected AV devices and systems.</li>\n<li>Commission and optimise DSP, audio conferencing, and sound reinforcement systems.</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain system documentation.</li>\n<li>Perform detailed QA checks, user acceptance testing, and troubleshooting.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure project success.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Experience &amp; Capabilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deep knowledge of AV systems, professional audio technologies and UC platforms.</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of serial comms, AV network integration, and control protocols.</li>\n<li>Experience commissioning DSP platforms, audio conferencing systems, and sound reinforcement solutions.</li>\n<li>Relevant qualifications in Electronics, Engineering or Computer Science.</li>\n<li>NSW Driver’s License and willingness to travel to client sites.</li>\n<li>Ability to lead on-site engagements and communicate effectively with clients.</li>\n<li>CCNA certification preferred. </li>\n<li>Programming skills in C-like languages, Python, C#, HTML5, JavaScript, or React are desirable.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Pro AV Solutions?</span></p>\n<p>We believe that our people are our greatest asset, and we value and reward committed team members.
