In this role, the Operator will centrally monitor and dispatch responses to various alarms, as well as support the day-to-day operations of the GSOC.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.</li>\n <li>Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to respond to alarms and effectively investigate the root causes of the alarm.</li>\n <li>Respond to alarms in a timely manner following the provided SOPs for various locations and incidents.</li>\n <li>Produce and disseminate security reports and alerts.</li>\n <li>Receive and respond to emergency and non-emergency calls from employees, vendors, law enforcement, on-site security officers, and automated alarm notification calls.</li>\n <li>Conduct CCTV video review to investigate alarms, incidents, and other safety/security events.</li>\n <li>Coordinate responses to incidents and alarm activations with internal and external teams.</li>\n <li>Provide exceptional customer service to a wide range of clients including senior executives to external vendors.</li>\n <li>All other duties, as assigned. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>High School Diploma or GED with law enforcement, military, and/or two years of security operations experience or previous experience working in a Global Security, Command, or similar 24x7 operations center environment. </p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Knowledge of CCTV and physical access control systems.</p></li>\n <li><p>Organization and planning skills.</p></li>\n <li>Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Able to work with highly confidential information.</li>\n <li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Serve as a positive and effective team member.</li>\n <li>Able to interact effectively at all levels of an organization and across diverse cultures.</li>\n <li>Client orientated and results orientated.</li>\n <li>Able to work in a fast-paced environment under multiple deadlines and competing priorities.</li>\n <li>Able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions:</strong></p>\n<p>With or without reasonable accommodation, requires the physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential functions;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Regular computer usage.</li>\n <li>Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment.</li>\n <li>Frequent sitting, standing, and/or walking.</li>\n <li>Able to complete shift work, including evenings and weekends.</li>\n <li>Travel, as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Pinkerton is an equal opportunity employer to all applicants and positions without regard to race/ethnicity, color, national origin, ancestry, sex/gender, gender identity/expression, sexual orientation, marital/prenatal status, pregnancy/childbirth or related conditions, religion, creed, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any protected status by local, state, federal or country-specific law.</p>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p>Benefit options include employer-paid life and AD&D, voluntary life and AD&D, medical, (HSA) Health Savings Account, (FSA) Flexible Savings Account, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(K), paid time off (vacation, personal, sick, and holidays) and several employee assistance-related programs.
