We believe in the power of collaboration, diversity, and an inclusive culture where your well-being is a top priority. &nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span>Join us on a one-of-a-kind journey where you can take pride in&nbsp;<strong>Be</strong>ing&nbsp;<strong>Part of the Solution</strong>&nbsp;for the benefit of our planet, people, and communities.&nbsp; If you share our determination to drive the transition to a low-carbon future, then this could be the job for you.&nbsp; We are currently seeking a<strong>&nbsp;Construction Engineer&nbsp;</strong>to join our team based in Houston, TX.&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>About the Job</strong>&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span>The Construction Engineer supports the Construction Lead Engineer/Manager for the execution of all duties, in particular for the preparation of all deliverables required at the various phases of Construction activity for a given project.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span><u>Key Responsibilities:</u>&nbsp;</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Participates in the timely and qualitative preparation of Construction Execution Plan and procedures in coordination with other disciplines&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Support Subcontracting team in the definition of subcontracting plan and during the selection process&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Review the documents of the Call For Bid packages relative to Construction.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>During the bidding phase, assist the Subcontracting Team to answer bidders’ clarifications, to review the technical offers and to prepare the TBT&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Participate to define the Construction sequence and CWA in coordination with CSU and Planning Teams&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Participate to define the direct manhours and the site manning chart, to estimate the needs in specialized subcontractors and provide inputs to overall EPC schedule&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Prepares the general Method statements, request studies for specific activities (heavy lift, scaffoldings....) contribute to definition and design of Temporary Construction Facilities and Camp if applicable&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Upon indication of the Project Construction Manager to prepare the Project Construction deliverables list&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Supports Project Construction Manager for the definition of Construction Measurement System database by daily coordination with the Project Team.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Organize the constructability reviews&nbsp;</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span>We offer you not only a job, but an inspiring journey in a truly global environment where you team up to break down boundaries thanks to the innovation, creativity and pioneer spirit which drive our people.&nbsp;</span><br><span>&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>About You</strong>&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span>We’d love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span><u>Minimum Qualifications:</u>&nbsp;</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>More than (3+) years of experience in project/field services and/or plant operation&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Fundamental understanding of Construction Process&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Basic knowledge of construction management software and CAD tools&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint)&nbsp;</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>What’s next?</strong>&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span>Once receiving your application, a recruiter performs an initial check between your skills and qualifications with our stated requirements prior to a detailed and focused review by the hiring manager.
