You will act as a key interface between business stakeholders and Information Systems, ensuring that process, integration, and automation considerations are embedded early to support efficient and scalable solutions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role requires strong business systems analysis capability, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to understand both the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">“why” and the “how”</span> of business change.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">This role will be based in Ireland or the UK,</span> working with stakeholders across Ireland, the UK, and the US. Flexibility and willingness to travel as required is expected.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyse and deliver business process, integration, and automation solutions aligned to business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives</li>\n<li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, validate, and prioritise process and integration requirements</li>\n<li>Analyse existing end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for automation and optimisation</li>\n<li>Identify and document system integration touchpoints, dependencies, and impacts across ERP, CRM, and related platforms</li>\n<li>Define integration-aware requirements including:\n<ul>\n<li>Data flows and transformations</li>\n<li>System triggers and events</li>\n<li>Error handling and exception scenarios</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Design and document future-state processes with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">automation considered by default</span></li>\n<li>Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including:\n<ul>\n<li>Process maps and flow diagrams</li>\n<li>Functional and integration requirements</li>\n<li>Business rules and assumptions</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Act as a key liaison between the business and Technology and IS teams to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout change initiatives</li>\n<li>Support delivery teams by providing clarification during implementation without owning technical design or build</li>\n<li>Provide expert guidance and support to business users, including process walkthroughs and training support</li>\n<li>  Contribute to the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">automation and integration of existing and new systems</span></li>\n<li>  Provide regular progress updates and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">weekly RAG status reporting</span> to management</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Specific Knowledge, Skills and Experience</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Business Systems Analyst or similar role</li>\n<li>Strong experience in business process analysis and stakeholder engagement</li>\n<li>Proven experience working across multiple integrated systems</li>\n<li>Ability to identify and define automation opportunities within business processes</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills</li>\n<li>Experience producing clear, well-structured requirements and process documentation</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously</li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>\n<li>Experience working with ERP,CRM platforms, Workflow / Automation software</li>\n<li>Experience with event based automation</li>\n<li>Exposure to system integration approaches (APIs, middleware, iPaaS)</li>\n<li>The jobholder must have the flexibility and ability to travel freely within the EU and between EU &amp; UK.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Scope provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.</p>",
