font-size: 16px;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>The ideal candidate should have:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><br></p><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li>Experience in the analysis and design of geotechnical systems, including shallow and deep foundations, earth retention, slope stability, and ground improvement, with the ability to produce clear, defensible geotechnical reports and recommendations.</li><li>Experienced in construction materials testing and IBC special inspection in support of construction phase services including observation, testing, and troubleshooting during earthwork and vertical construction phases of construction.</li><li>Demonstrated success in winning projects, contract negotiations, project execution, and maintaining client relationships.</li><li>Familiarity with standard and geotechnical related computer applications such as Microsoft Office, EnSoft suite, Geostudio, gINT, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Mentoring and developing staff, including younger engineers and technicians, with a focus on technical growth, accountability, and building high-performing teams that support both project delivery and business objectives.</li></ol><p style='margin:0in;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;
