    "description": "<p>Full Circle is seeking a Civil/Water Resources Engineer (EIT or PE).</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp; Key Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Civil/water resources design – water, wastewater, utilities, pump stations, treatment plants, drainage, and site development</li>\n<li>Production of design drawings using AutoCAD/Civil 3D at own workstation<br>Project management support – client meetings, field visits, troubleshooting, and conceptual planning (as skills develop)</li>\n<li>Apply engineering principles to real-world municipal water/wastewater projects and produce accurate design drawings</li>\n<li>Grow into managing own projects independently</li>\n<li>Support senior engineer in delivering projects on time and contribute to the firm's $90M+ in construction<br>5–7 years' experience preferred; EIT acceptable, PE preferred; hands-on design experience with municipal water/wastewater projects required; internship or field construction background a strong plus</li>\n<li>Experience transitioning from design into project management is a bonus</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Must Have:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hands-on design experience on municipal water and/or wastewater projects</li>\n<li>Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D for production of design drawings</li>\n<li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field</li>\n<li>Active EIT certification at minimum (PE preferred)</li>\n<li>Ability to work onsite and independently produce design drawings at own workstation</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to Have:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience transitioning from design into project management</li>\n<li>Internship or field/construction background</li>\n<li>PE licensure (vs. EIT)</li>\n</ul>",
