The analyst uses data analysis, cycle counting, and system reports to<br>monitor and improve inventory accuracy and integrity.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br>&#61623; Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in the SAP system.<br>&#61623; Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts and reconcile variances.<br>&#61623; Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including missing or damaged items.<br>&#61623; Analyze inventory trends and provide reports to management on stock movements, adjustments, and<br>shrinkage.<br>&#61623; Ensure proper labeling, storage, and documentation of all inventory items.<br>&#61623; Collaborate with purchasing, production, and warehouse teams to ensure materials availability.<br>&#61623; Develop and implement inventory control procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency.<br>&#61623; Support audits and assist in year-end physical inventory processes.<br>&#61623; Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.<br>&#61623; Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.<br><br><strong>Special Skills</strong><br>&#61623; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br>&#61623; High attention to detail and accuracy.<br>&#61623; Proficiency in Excel, ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Manhattan, etc.).<br>&#61623; Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.<br>&#61623; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.<br>&#61623; Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.<br><br><strong>Specific Competencies</strong><br>&#61623; Inventory Accuracy Control: Ability to track and reconcile variances effectively.<br>&#61623; Data Analysis: Ability to interpret large data sets to identify patterns or issues.<br>&#61623; System Knowledge: Understanding of inventory modules within ERP/WMS software.<br>&#61623; Cross-Functional Coordination: Skilled at communicating between departments.<br><br><strong>Education and Experience</strong><br>&#61623; High School Diploma or associate in supply chain, Business, Logistics, or related field (preferred).<br>&#61623; 1&#8211;3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or data analysis.<br>&#61623; Certification such as CPIM (Certified in Planning and Inventory Management), CSCP (Certified Supply Chain<br>Professional) or similar is a plus.",
