Our modular solutions can be deployed standalone or end to end; coordinating everything from design &amp; production, installation of new fixtures, updates for new product launches, maintenance programs to keep displays running, and recovery at the end of their life.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>In everything we do, we are committed to a collective responsibility for making positive impact to our planet and society, so that together we make the world a better place for future generations.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we can offer you:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attractive starting salary </li>\n<li>Minimum 25 holidays per annum increasing with length of service (plus bank holidays)</li>\n<li>Hybrid Working with a minimum of 2 days per week on site</li>\n<li>Medicash Proactive Health Cash Plan (following successful probation)</li>\n<li>Enhanced Family Friendly Policies</li>\n<li>Social &amp; Charity events</li>\n<li>Pension Salary Exchange Scheme</li>\n<li>Death in Service Cover 3 x Annual Salary</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who are we looking for?</span></p>\n<p>As Project Controller, you will work as part of a team with responsibility for delivery of best-in-class retail experiences. You will contribute to the project lifecycle to deliver excellent levels of service, provide a seamless customer experience, achieve commercial success and make a positive impact on the environment.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you’ll do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand the project set up including project scope, timelines, resources and outcome </li>\n<li>Manage supplier purchase orders and keep project cost trackers up to date </li>\n<li>Coordinate transport with clients, partners and subcontractors </li>\n<li>Support inventory from arrival to dispatch and returns </li>\n<li>Organise and Coordinate key project materials including; training guides, briefs, booking in forms</li>\n<li>Set up and maintain all project systems (Including; Team Haven, PHQ, Clarity, Mintsoft)</li>\n<li>Help to identify risks early and solve any issues promptly</li>\n<li>Support with quality control to ensure it aligns with the project brief and requirements</li>\n<li>Communicate project progress, milestones and any challenges clearly </li>\n<li>Build strong relationships across internal teams and with external partners </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you’ll need:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail</li>\n<li>Excellent IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel etc.</li>\n<li>Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure</li>\n<li>Experience working in an administrative role </li>\n<li>Previous experience using project management systems (Team Haven, PHQ, Clarity, Mintsoft) preferred </li>\n<li>GCSEs grade 4 and above in Maths and English</li>\n<li>Knowledge and understanding of retail installations project management preferred </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Equal Opportunities:</span></p>\n<p>We are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.
