An experienced, highly motivated Property Manager who has both the sales and leadership skills required for success.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Where is the job?</strong>&nbsp;Dallas, TX</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What do we need you to do?</strong> Manage a multi-family apartment community while providing excellent customer service.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>The Job</strong>: Our Property Managers are responsible for:</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Establishing rapport with residents and providing personalized service</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Negotiating and enforcing leases</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Meeting all deadlines set forth by the management company/regional managers</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintaining property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and coordinating with maintenance to complete repairs</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Attracting tenants by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current tenants; explaining advantages of location and services; and showing units</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Managing leasing agents and proving clear, concise instructions on what is needed to reach daily goals</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>The Details</strong>: Our Property Managers should meet the following criteria:</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High School Diploma/GED required; college degree preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Have a minimum of two years of experience as a Property Manager</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Have working knowledge of property management software, such as OneSite</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>Our company emphasizes a TEAM APPROACH and expects every person to perform any reasonable task or request that is consistent with fulfilling company objectives.
