    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><b>Primary Responsibilities</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and coordinate daily yard operations to support customer and business requirements.</li>\n <li>Monitor and maintain accurate customer inventory records.</li>\n <li>Oversee the movement of customer materials through the inspection process.</li>\n <li>Ensure timely communication between customers, inspectors, and operations personnel.</li>\n <li>Promote safe work practices and compliance with company policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Support operational efficiency, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Job Duties</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Track incoming, in-process, and outgoing customer inventory.</li>\n <li>Coordinate material staging, movement, and workflow throughout inspection activities.</li>\n <li>Verify inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies when identified.</li>\n <li>Maintain inventory reports, inspection status updates, and related documentation.</li>\n <li>Communicate material status, inventory levels, and operational updates to customers and management.</li>\n <li>Assist with scheduling and prioritizing customer materials to meet delivery requirements.</li>\n <li>Support loading, unloading, and handling of materials as needed.</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Education and Qualifications</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>\n <li>Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, yard operations, or material management preferred.</li>\n <li>Experience coordinating material flow in a manufacturing, inspection, or industrial environment preferred.</li>\n <li>Basic computer skills and experience with inventory tracking systems.</li>\n <li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and lead daily operational activities.</li>\n <li>Forklift experience or certification is a plus.</li>\n <li>Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Veterans Welcome!</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>At NOV, we proudly support and hire U.S. military veterans.
