Description

Description Primary Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily yard operations to support customer and business requirements. Monitor and maintain accurate customer inventory records. Oversee the movement of customer materials through the inspection process. Ensure timely communication between customers, inspectors, and operations personnel. Promote safe work practices and compliance with company policies and procedures. Support operational efficiency, quality standards, and customer satisfaction. Job Duties Track incoming, in-process, and outgoing customer inventory. Coordinate material staging, movement, and workflow throughout inspection activities. Verify inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies when identified. Maintain inventory reports, inspection status updates, and related documentation. Communicate material status, inventory levels, and operational updates to customers and management. Assist with scheduling and prioritizing customer materials to meet delivery requirements. Support loading, unloading, and handling of materials as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Education and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, yard operations, or material management preferred. Experience coordinating material flow in a manufacturing, inspection, or industrial environment preferred. Basic computer skills and experience with inventory tracking systems. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams. Ability to work independently and lead daily operational activities.
