This is a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">fast-track leadership development program</span> designed for top graduates who want to build a meaningful career at the intersection of fintech, blockchain, and global payments.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Will Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">IT &amp; Infrastructure</span>: Design and scale cloud-native payment systems, optimize blockchain infrastructure, and build highly available, low-latency platforms that handle billions in transaction volume.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">AI &amp; Machine Learning</span>: Develop cutting-edge models in terms of payment ecosystem, AI agents, efficiency optimization. Think big and be innovative.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Product Management</span> – Shape the next generation of crypto payment products and user experiences, i.e card production design, merchant acquisition, fiat, business partnership, and more.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Quality Assurance/Testing:</span> Design and execute test strategies for web3 payment platforms, APIs, and mobile apps; automate regression, performance, and security testing pipelines.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who We Are Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor or master’s graduates of 2025/2026 in Business Administration, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related disciplines</li>\n<li>Excellent academic performance with demonstrated leadership potential</li>\n<li>Demonstrated interest in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">fintech, blockchain, AI, </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">and Payment</span> (personal projects, hackathons, internships, CTF competitions, or open-source contributions are highly valued).</li>\n<li>Equip at least one of: Python, SQL, Java, AI/ML, and related skills</li>\n<li>Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset</li>\n<li>Proficient in both English and Chinese</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive full-time compensation package (base salary + performance bonus + benefits)</li>\n<li>Structured onboarding, mentorship, and leadership training program across all four rotations</li>\n<li>Successful management trainees with outstanding performance could be offered an <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Assistant Manager </span>title upon completion</li>\n<li>Clear path to a management or specialist role upon successful completion of the rotational program</li>\n</ul>",
