About the Role
We are looking for high-potential, ambitious talent to join our inaugural full-time Management Trainee Program within the Business Team. This is a fast-track leadership development program designed for top graduates who want to build a meaningful career at the intersection of fintech, blockchain, and global payments.
What You Will Do
IT & Infrastructure : Design and scale cloud-native payment systems, optimize blockchain infrastructure, and build highly available, low-latency platforms that handle billions in transaction volume.
AI & Machine Learning : Develop cutting-edge models in terms of payment ecosystem, AI agents, efficiency optimization. Think big and be innovative.
Product Management – Shape the next generation of crypto payment products and user experiences, i.e card production design, merchant acquisition, fiat, business partnership, and more.
Quality Assurance/Testing: Design and execute test strategies for web3 payment platforms, APIs, and mobile apps; automate regression, performance, and security testing pipelines.
Who We Are Looking For
Bachelor or master’s graduates of 2025/2026 in Business Administration, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related disciplines
Excellent academic performance with demonstrated leadership potential
Demonstrated interest in fintech, blockchain, AI, and Payment (personal projects, hackathons, internships, CTF competitions, or open-source contributions are highly valued).
Equip at least one of: Python, SQL, Java, AI/ML, and related skills
Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
Proficient in both English and Chinese
