          "text": "<p>We have an exciting opportunity for employment with our Adolescent Program. The ADAPT program provides support to youths with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a group home environment.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>We have openings in our Bonney Lake and Port Orchard home and are looking for Part Time (up to 39 hours per week) and On-Call staff. We provide support 24 hours per day 7 days a week; therefore, staff is expected to be available to work any shift.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Basic Duties Include:</strong></span></p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Facilitate Client Instruction</p>\n<p>Assist in Client Household/Yard Maintenance Tasks</p>\n<p>Assist in Client Personal Hygiene</p>\n<p>Facilitate and Assist Clients in Community Based Activities and Resources</p>\n<p>Facilitate and Assist Clients in Health Appointments</p>\n<p>Supervise and Document Client Medications</p>\n<p>Work to Ensure Safety and Security of Clients</p>\n<p>Promote Positive Relationships with Clients</p>\n<p>Report all Suspected Incidents of Abuse/Neglect</p>\n<p>Maintain Client Cash and Program Funds</p>\n<p>Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures</p>\n<p>Documentation</p>\n<p>Maintain Professionalism at all Times</p>\n<p>Respect for Client Confidentiality Issues</p>\n<p>Positive Attitude and Demeanor</p>\n<p>Attend all Required Trainings and Maintain any Required Licenses</p>",
