This position has a key role in interacting effectively with the Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Service, and Materials departments. S/he will assist in establishing work measurement standards and play an active role in ensuring quality, safety, and lean manufacturing systems and processes.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Key Job Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong>included but not limited to:</p><ul><li>Creating Standard Work Instructions for production and safety initiatives using Sequence software</li><li>Creating Inspection Plans for machining using High QA software</li><li>Updating Machining job set-up sheets</li><li>Gage Inventory Management&nbsp;</li><li>Development of models in SolidWorks and 3D printing.</li><li>Assist in immediate containment and countermeasures to suppliers (internal/external) and customer quality complaints. &nbsp;</li><li>Conducting Gauge R&amp;R and capability studies.</li><li>Assists in new equipment integration and new process documentation.</li><li>Tool and fixture design.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Leadership Competencies&nbsp;</strong>aligned with Dover and executed in DESTACO with appropriate expectations for the job level:</p><ul><li><strong>Strategic Mindset:&nbsp;</strong>Has understanding of global industry or market; creates breakthrough strategies that alter the competitive dynamics in a market, and establishes a series of competitive advantages yielding profitability that exceeds expectations for the organization.</li><li><strong>Results-Driven:</strong> Produces results that exceed Dover&rsquo;s strategic objectives via a combination of planning and implementation, while living the Dover Values.</li><li><strong>Builds and Manages Collaborative Relationships:</strong> Establishes and nurtures relationships.
