    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Title: Technical Director</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Employee Status: Full-time</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Department: Ministry/Production</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Supervisor: Blake Austin</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Summary</span><br></p>\n<p>The Technical Director will manage all aspects of technical production (Audio, Visual, Lights) at the Life Campus in order to accomplish the vision of Life Fellowship.<span> </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Activities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage day to day operations of production equipment including directing staff who support administrative, service, event, maintenance and other production functions</li>\n<li>Provide strong leadership under pressure, including troubleshooting and rapid decision-making</li>\n<li>Run team meetings that casts vision &amp; communicates culture in a fun, uplifting and empowering environment</li>\n<li>Oversee production of live and online weekend worship services at multiple campuses, LK’s weekend experiences and weekly Life Youth services.</li>\n<li>Oversee technical/production needs of various meetings/groups throughout the week.<span> </span></li>\n<li>Manage all production staff.</li>\n<li>Clearly and regularly communicate department vision to campus production staff and dream team</li>\n<li>Manage budgets for production departments<span> </span></li>\n<li>Maintain, repair, purchase AVL equipment as needed</li>\n<li>Participating in training opportunities and constantly finding new ways to improve skills</li>\n<li>Other essential functions and responsibilities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications and Skills</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Audio Systems</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Yamaha Rivage, Yamaha DM7 systems</li>\n<li>Dante and MADI protocols</li>\n<li>Waves plugins/hardware, Meyer Sound processors</li>\n<li>Microphone placement, RF systems (hardware/software), and gain structure</li>\n<li>DAW proficiency (ProTools, Logic X), live recording experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Lighting Systems</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vista and GrandMA3 systems</li>\n<li>DMX and ANet protocols</li>\n<li>Stage and lighting operation, including color balance and temperature</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Video Systems</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>RED/Panasonic and Ross (cameras and Ross switchers).</li>\n<li>LED walls, NovaStar processors, Teredak wireless video systems.</li>\n<li>Resi encoders, SDI/Ethernet/DMX fiber conversion.</li>\n<li>ProPresenter, Resolume, V-CAN, NDI configuration.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Creative &amp; Technical Development:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Translate vision into high-quality production elements for services and events.</li>\n<li>Work closely with Creative and Worship teams on openers, transitions, and storytelling moments.</li>\n<li>Innovate with new tools, software, and approaches to create dynamic experiences.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Strongly Desired:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Live Production or Music. (Preferred)</li>\n<li>4+ years of experience in live production, or worship.<span> </span></li>\n<li>Advanced mixing, rigging, and power distribution experience.</li>\n<li>SketchUp proficiency for stage design.</li>\n<li>Experience with Smaart, MAPP 3D, GrandMA offline, Streamdeck.</li>\n<li>Music or recording studio experience.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required to Learn After Hire:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Internal onboarding systems and protocols.</li>\n<li>Production closet/inventory management.</li>\n<li>Core team structure and Trello project management software.</li>\n<li>Planning Center for team roster and service flow.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Other Information:</p>\n<p>Status: Full-time, exempt</p>\n<p>Schedule: Sunday-Thursday</p>\n<p><br></p>",
