Position : Food Server Department : Room Service

This role is critical for us to succeed as an approachable, luxury destination offering best-in-class hospitality and exciting amenities for all. In addition, you are empowered to create memorable experiences for our guests.

While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be:
Having a detailed knowledge of the menu, daily specials, beverages, preparation of food, and prices.
Observing and anticipating guests’ needs, throughout their meals. Ensuring cleanliness of the tables/trays and maintaining their overall appearance. Responsible for pre-bussing and table maintenance at all times, including but not limited to plates, flatware, beverage glasses, coffee mugs, and dessert dishes.
What we can’t train is what’s inside of you.

In a perfect world, we would also like you to come with:
Ability to manage time effectively with minimum supervision. Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance. Ability to walk and stand for long periods. Ability to repeatedly push, stoop, reach above the shoulders, grasp, pull, bend, lift and walk for duration of shift. Ability to obtain all necessary work cards. So, what do you think? Is this you?
