Some 20,000 financial services and healthcare organizations, from the world&#39;s largest companies to small and mid-market firms, rely on SS&amp;C for expertise, scale, and technology.</p><p></p><p><b><u>Job Description</u></b></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b><i>Senior Associate - Fund Accounting – PE/RA</i></b></p><p><b><i>DO: (Job Description)</i></b></p><ul><li>Assist in resolving breaks and in preparation of cash projections or wires</li><li>Assist in setting up of the Fund and its investments/AIVs/Partners in the system</li><li>Calculate fees and prepare NAV pack</li><li>Process capital calls and distributions; prepare waterfall file</li><li>Prepare and issue Partners’ capital statement (PCAP)</li><li>Prepare of financial statements (FS) as per US GAAP/IFRS</li><li>Handling audit / investors’ queries in timely manner</li><li>Prepare ad hoc / customized reports for fund or investors</li><li>Provide training to new joiner</li></ul><p><b><i>Display: (Desired Skills)</i></b></p><ul><li>CA/Inter CA/MBA Finance/CFA/MMS/Postgraduate</li><li>Relevant experience in fund accounting</li><li>Sound analytical skills; team player</li><li>Fair understanding of legal documents and its interpretation</li><li>Good financial product and financial reporting knowledge</li><li>Sound accounting knowledge</li><li>Good communication skills; client orientation</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft excel, word and power point</li></ul><p><b><i>Deliver: (Goals)</i></b></p><ul><li>Zero issues in setting up the fund and its static data</li><li>Zero breaks on NAV date.
