From managing apheresis procedures to engaging with donors, you&rsquo;ll play a vital role in keeping our center running efficiently and compassionately.</p><h3>🔑 Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Lead and energize the day-to-day operations of the Warner Robins Center</li><li>Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, AABB, and SCBC standards</li><li>Perform donor screening, mini-physicals, and venipunctures</li><li>Maximize product yields and ensure quality control</li><li>Maintain donor records and oversee equipment and supply needs</li><li>Collaborate with leadership to meet monthly goals and improve processes</li><li>Provide exceptional care and support to donors throughout their experience</li></ul><h3>🎯 What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</h3><ul><li><strong>Education</strong>: Associate&rsquo;s degree or 5+ years of apheresis/transfusion experience preferred</li><li><strong>Experience</strong>: 5+ years in a related healthcare or donor services role</li><li><strong>Skills</strong>: Strong leadership, technical proficiency, and a heart for service</li><li><strong>Certifications</strong>: Certified Donor Phlebotomy Technician preferred</li></ul><h3>💪 Physical &amp; Work Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs</li><li>Comfortable working with blood and medical equipment</li><li>Flexible schedule including weekends and extended hours</li></ul><h3>🧪 Pre-Employment:</h3><p>All applicants selected for hire must undergo a <strong>pre-employment drug screening</strong>.</p><hr><h3>❤️ Why Join Us?</h3><p>This isn&rsquo;t just a job &mdash; it&rsquo;s a calling.
