    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\">The Recreation Attendant is responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and memorable experience for children ages 4-12 enrolled in the resort&rsquo;s supervised kids program. This role requires the ability to independently supervise children in a structured setting while leading creative, age-appropriate activities that reflect the resort&rsquo;s service standards and commitment to excellence.</p><p>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS</p><ul><li>Providing outstanding, friendly guest service at all times.</li><li>Set up,monitor, and break down recreational activities and equipment.</li><li>Ensure activity areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked.</li><li>Enforce safety guidelines and hotel policies in all recreation spaces.</li><li>Engage guests of all ages in scheduled activities and events.</li><li>Communicateguest feedback and operational concerns to leadership.</li><li>Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, events, and services.</li><li>Supervise and engage children ages 4-12 in organized activities and daily drop offs without direct parental supervision.</li><li>Keep Kids&rsquo; Club facility presentable at all times.</li><li>Ensure that the work area is always clean, neat, and organized.</li><li>Attend required meetings daily, weekly, and monthly.&nbsp;</li><li>Always follow procedures for daily duties and responsibilities.</li><li>Ensure that members and guests are being charged correctly.</li><li>Be available and prepared toworka flexible schedule including morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts, as well as holidays.</li></ul><p>QUALIFICATIONS &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Must be at least 16 years of age and CPR/First Aid certified.</li><li>Previousexperience in hospitality childcare, youth programs, or camp settings preferred; lifeguard certification is a plus.</li><li>Energetic, outgoing, and able to communicate effectively with children, families, and team members.</li><li>Report to work on time in proper uniform andmaintainpersonal appearancein accordance withcompany standards.</li><li>Follow all safety policies and procedures, support all safety programs, andimmediatelyreport any accidents or incidents.</li><li>Use caution in potentially hazardous areas such as slippery floors or congested spaces.</li><li>Ensure proper safety instructions are provided beforeoperatingequipment or leading activities.</li><li>Help create a safe, fun, and welcoming Kids&rsquo; Club environment for young guests and their families.</li></ul><p>LANGUAGE SKILLS</p><ul><li>Excellent verbal communication skills.
