This individual will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and building a robust pipeline of qualified physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) to meet the current and future staffing needs of our healthcare system.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Candidate Identification & Outreach</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive and active physician and APP candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks and internal databases.</li>\n <li>Source candidates through job boards, databases, residency programs, fellowship directories, professional associations, and social platforms (Doximity, LinkedIn, Health eCareers, AAPPR, etc.).</li>\n <li>Build and maintain active talent pipelines for high-priority specialties and hard-to-fill roles.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Lead Generation & Screening</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Pre-screen candidates for basic qualifications, interest, availability, location preferences, and compensation expectations.</li>\n <li>Document outreach activity, call notes, and candidate leads in the applicant tracking system (ATS).</li>\n <li>Forward qualified leads to recruiters promptly and support early-stage interview scheduling.</li>\n <li>Track outreach metrics and pipeline performance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Talent Pipeline Management:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Build, nurture, and maintain a strong talent pipeline within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platform for critical and recurring roles.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Brand & Candidate Experience Support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Promote the health system’s mission, culture, and value proposition in every interaction.</li>\n <li>Provide timely, professional communication and ensure candidates have a positive experience even in early contact stages.</li>\n <li>Support virtual and in-person recruiting events, career fairs, and digital campaigns.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>        Reporting and Metrics </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., source-of-hire, time-to-fill, candidate pipelines) to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.</li>\n <li>Update provider recruitment databases, lists, and sourcing pipelines.</li>\n <li>Assist recruiters with job postings, initial application processing, and scheduling when needed.</li>\n <li>Produce weekly sourcing reports showing activities, leads, and outcomes.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications and Skills</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum experience needed. Prior work in health care, sales or a related field is preferred</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>          Technical Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms is required.</li>\n <li>Strong command of online sourcing tools and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Doximity).</li>\n <li>Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li>\n <li>Confident, professional phone presence and strong interpersonal skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>High comfort level with persistent outreach, follow-up, and initiating cold conversations.</p>\n<h2>-</h2>\n<p><em>Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare is an equal opportunity employer and drug-free workplace.
