    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>JP Cullen is looking for our next team member to bring their graphic design, writing, marketing and strategy skills to a leading marketing and business development team. This experienced marketer will focus on marketing efforts, research and strategy to support identifying opportunities in the markets we serve to secure new business</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Participate in the identification and execution of marketing and business development strategies for potential opportunities, following JP Cullen's sales process.</li>\n <li>Own the end-to-end process and execution for content development and document production for marketing material including: RFQ/P responses, brochures, presentations, project information, staff resumes, award submissions, blogs and other collateral</li>\n <li>Research the market, opportunities and competitors and share the information accordingly.</li>\n <li>Support the development and execution of the marketing plan, ensuring that the strategy and tactics align with the overall strategic plan.</li>\n <li>Lead development, coordination and execution of events, conferences, and project photo shoots. Also attend the conferences and events as needed.</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain expertise in assigned markets to create effective marketing materials and strategies, anticipate market trends, and ultimately deliver value to our customers.</li>\n <li>Promote visibility of JP Cullen in our markets through PR and participation in industry events and awards.</li>\n <li>Maintain expertise in marketing to \"see around the corner\" in A/E/C marketing through industry organization participation, regular reading/listening of industry trends, engaging with network, etc.</li>\n <li>Support development and maintenance of applications and software.</li>\n <li>Learn JP Cullen operations and business to provide more value to our customers through jobsite visits, Cullen College offerings and other training and mentoring opportunities offered.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field</li>\n <li>Three-five years of experience in marketing for the AEC industry or B2B marketing and business development</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud; experience with CRM databases is a plus</li>\n <li>Graphic design experience preferred</li>\n <li>Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills, both oral and written</li>\n <li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why JP Cullen?</h2>\n<p>JP Cullen is a Wisconsin-based, fifth-generation, family-owned construction management firm, founded in 1892.
