We believe in collaboration, mutual respect, open communication, and opportunity for growth.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Own and drive monthly stakeholder synchronization meeting aimed at driving down backlog of Configuration Data Management (CDM) tasks</li>\n <li>Act as the key point of contact for all stakeholder activities for configuration management issues</li>\n <li>Support the review of the program Ships Change Documents (SCDs)</li>\n <li>Coordinate with key stakeholders for timely document submission and approval</li>\n <li>Develop and brief PMO leadership on key decision points</li>\n <li>Ensure alignment of internal and external Configuration Management stakeholders towards common goals</li>\n <li>Manage and facilitate processes and outcomes in support of Configuration Management including but not limited to:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>LAR review and comment</li>\n  <li>ECP evaluation and analysis and transition of new ship systems to in-service</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Ensure PMS 443, Bridge Integration Ship Control Systems (BISCS) leadership is prepared for and briefed (as needed) concerning all Configuration Review and Configuration Control Board meetings</li>\n <li>Maintain and mature existing Configuration Management Plan for BISCS systems</li>\n <li>Emphasis on end-of-life support and BISCS system transition are essential to Configuration Management and sustainment success</li>\n <li>Develop and manage enterprise stakeholder relationships in support of Configuration Management</li>\n <li>Create strategies and implement solutions to Configuration Management challenges and obstacles</li>\n <li>Stand-up, facilitate and guide monthly BISCS Configuration Management Working Group with a focus on process improvement and optimization</li>\n <li>Prepare Ad Hoc reports as required by the client</li>\n <li>Perform administrative tasks in support of acquisition efforts</li>\n <li>Advise on PPBE issues related to BISCS</li>\n <li>Organize and maintain Program tracking files/tools on program status, actions items and issues</li>\n <li>Attend meetings and program reviews, provide presentations, written materials, and/or electronic communications</li>\n <li>Provide timely and efficient responses for all urgent tasking</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's Degree in finance, engineering, or other technical disciplines in a related field or equivalent experience</li>\n <li>10+ years of experience with NAVSEA Program Office, Navy Shipbuilding, and/or defense systems, including first-hand experience with the Configuration Control Board (CCB) process</li>\n <li>Experience managing Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs, Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), and Technical Data Packages (TDPs)</li>\n <li>US Navy active duty experience or NAVSEA experience familiarity with Ship Control Systems and Bridge Systems Operations/Maintenance</li>\n <li>Expert knowledge of SAE EIA-649C principles and NAVSEA-specific CM policies</li>\n <li>Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint</li>\n <li>Strong customer, interpersonal, and organizational communication skills (written and verbal)</li>\n <li>Active DoD Secret security clearance</li>\n <li><10% travel requirement </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with PMS 443, BISCS portfolio (Acquisition, Modernization, and Sustainment for Ship Control Systems; Bridge Design Integration; Bridge Lighting Systems; Bridge-to-Bridge (B2B radio); Voyage Data Recorder (VDR))</li>\n <li>Familiarity with tools such as CDM-OA, CMPro/PLM, NDE applications, Teamcenter (TcE)</li>\n</ul>",
