Overview
This position's primary function is to safely maintain saws and machine centers.
Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday (Swing shift) 4pm to 2:30am, flexible as needed,
Wage: $38.19 per hour ($79,435 per year before any shift differentials, overtime and production bonuses). Production bonuses are possible for every employee each month, based on the plant site's target goals.

Responsibilities
Sharpening Round Saws.
Sharpening Band Saws
Stelite tipping, side dressing and profiling saws.
Pouring and grinding babbitt guides
Grinding band mill guides.
Helping to change saws where needed on all saw machine centers
Help with preventative maintenance program on all machine centers as they relate to saw performance.
Benching Round and Band Saws
Welding cracked saws
Maintaining all machine center lube systems so that saws are protected.
Lining up and leveling up all sawing machine centers.
Perform preventative maintenance and maintain appropriate checklist.
Work overtime as required.
Qualifications
Three years minimum experience benching Saws.
Three years minimum experience Fitting, Tipping, and Side grinding.
