Production bonuses are possible for every employee each month, based on the plant site's target goals. </p>\n<h2>Benefits Highlights</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Substantial company-paid assistance for Medical and Dental insurance premiums; mental health coverage; cost effective co-pays and deductibles</li>\n <li>401(k) with 5% annual company contribution and generous company matching contributions vested over three years</li>\n <li>Paid time off, including eight paid holidays</li>\n <li>Opportunity to earn bonuses</li>\n <li>Employee wellness program that includes free counseling sessions, financial and legal guidance, and more</li>\n <li>Opportunities for paid training to support career advancement and personal development</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<li>Sharpening Round Saws.</li>\n<li>Sharpening Band Saws</li>\n<li>Stelite tipping, side dressing and profiling saws.</li>\n<li>Pouring and grinding babbitt guides</li>\n<li>Grinding band mill guides.</li>\n<li>Helping to change saws where needed on all saw machine centers</li>\n<li>Help with preventative maintenance program on all machine centers as they relate to saw performance.</li>\n<li>Benching Round and Band Saws</li>\n<li>Welding cracked saws</li>\n<li>Maintaining all machine center lube systems so that saws are protected.</li>\n<li>Lining up and leveling up all sawing machine centers.</li>\n<li>Perform preventative maintenance and maintain appropriate checklist.</li>\n<li>Work overtime as required.</li>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<li>Three years minimum experience benching Saws.</li>\n<li>Three years minimum experience Fitting, Tipping, and Side grinding.</li>\n<h2>More About Us</h2>\n<p> Hampton Lumber has operated the Morton plant since 1999.
