Apartment Maintenance Technician II

We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our property operations team and help create safe, well-maintained communities where residents feel at home. In this role, you’ll use your technical expertise, troubleshooting skills, and customer-focused mindset to keep our properties operating at their best.
This is more than a maintenance job — it’s an opportunity to be a trusted problem solver, valued team member, and key contributor to the resident experience.
Predictable schedule — primarily Monday–Friday, 8–5 with an on-call schedule (not constant nights/weekends)
30 days off in your first year — real time to recharge
Competitive pay starting at $22 per hour + overtime + bonus potential

What You’ll Do
You’ll independently diagnose and complete routine and moderately complex maintenance repairs across multiple building systems, including:
HVAC
Plumbing
Electrical
Appliances
General carpentry and maintenance
You’ll help maintain clean, safe, and attractive communities by:
Maintaining common areas and grounds
Performing preventative maintenance
Conducting quarterly inspections
Supporting property upkeep and curb appeal
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
2+ years of maintenance experience
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance systems
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong customer service and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
Reliable transportation to and from work
Preferred Qualifications
Trade school training or maintenance certifications
High school diploma or equivalent
