In this role, you’ll use your technical expertise, troubleshooting skills, and customer-focused mindset to keep our properties operating at their best. This is more than a maintenance job — it’s an opportunity to be a trusted problem solver, valued team member, and key contributor to the resident experience. Predictable schedule — primarily Monday–Friday, 8–5 with an on-call schedule (not constant nights/weekends) 30 days off in your first year — real time to recharge Competitive pay starting at $22 per hour + overtime + bonus potential Benefits that start within 30 days — no long wait periods. Medical, Dental, and Vision start on the 1st of the month after your hire date. Paid maternity and paternity leave after 90 days. Retirement contributions you don’t have to chase — we invest in you automatically. 403B retirement plan up to 5%, the company contributes 3% regardless of an employee’s contribution. Additionally, the company matches 2% of the amount an employee contributes.
