Description

ROLE OVERVIEW The Cheil Agency Network is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Operations Intern to support recruiting operations, talent systems organization, workflow coordination, and operational efficiency across our network of agencies. This role is designed for someone who enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving environments, organizing information, improving consistency, and exploring smarter ways of working through systems, data, and AI-enabled tools. The intern will work closely with the Head of Talent to support day-to-day recruiting operations while also helping improve how talent information, workflows, documents, and systems are organized across the enterprise. This role combines administrative support, data entry, systems organization, workflow coordination, and operational problem-solving inside a complex, multi-brand talent environment. The ideal candidate is curious about operations, AI, systems, workflow optimization, and finding more efficient ways to reduce chaos and improve organization. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON Recruiting Operations & Coordination Support scheduling, interview coordination, and candidate communications Assist with maintaining recruiting workflows and operational organization Help keep recruiting activity moving efficiently across multiple teams and agencies Support day-to-day recruiting and administrative operations Data Entry & Systems Organization Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting records across systems Help organize talent data within Google Sheets, Greenhouse, and operational trackers Support consistency across documents, workflows, reporting, and candidate pipelines Assist in cleaning up, organizing, and standardizing recruiting information and processes Workflow Optimization & AI Support Help improve how information moves between Google Docs, Google Sheets, Greenhouse, and recruiting workflows Explore AI tools that support organization, scheduling, workflow management, documentation, and operational efficiency Assist with identifying opportunities to reduce manual work and improve consistency Support operational projects focused on smarter systems and more connected workflows Reporting, Insights & Operational Support Assist with operational reporting, recruiting trackers, surveys, and workflow analysis Help organize and analyze recruiting activity, timelines, and operational data Support projects focused on improving visibility, efficiency, and process organization across the network Help identify patterns and opportunities that improve operational effectiveness WHO YOU ARE Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working with spreadsheets, systems, and operational tools Interested in organization, workflows, systems, AI, and process improvement Curious about how technology can improve operational efficiency Strong communication and follow-through skills Comfortable balancing administrative tasks with operational thinking Able to manage multiple moving pieces in fast-paced environments Collaborative, proactive, and dependable WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS As CHEIL AGENCY NETWORK continues to grow across multiple agencies and disciplines, strong operational systems, organized recruiting workflows, and smarter tools become increasingly important. This role helps create the structure, consistency, and operational support needed to keep talent acquisition organized, scalable, efficient, and future-focused across the enterprise. Salary Range Our estimated range for this role is $18/hour Compensation packages are based on the skill level and experience each candidate brings to their role. There may also be a more senior or junior position available that could be a better fit with your expertise. Each level has its own compensation range. We pride ourselves on competitive salaries, and ensuring pay equity exists across our organization. We benchmark each position against existing employee competencies and 4As compensation data which includes geographic and agency size benchmarks.
