You will guide products from concept to completion, collaborating closely with creative teams and renowned clients to ensure every detail aligns with brand vision and market trends. This role requires strategic problem-solving, exceptional project management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, globally connected environment.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span>:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Client &amp; Brand Collaboration:\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the key liaison between creative teams and factory partners, ensuring seamless development of product designs and packaging concepts.</li>\n<li>Gain a deep understanding of each client’s story, brand guidelines, and market positioning to deliver consistent, high-quality products.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with creative teams daily to integrate newly sourced products and innovative fabrication processes into client deliverables.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Project Management:\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing budgets, timelines, and quality across various seasons and clients.</li>\n<li>Create and maintain detailed program schedules to ensure on-time delivery.</li>\n<li>Exhibit sound judgment to balance competing priorities, adapt to evolving needs, and meet tight deadlines.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Product Development:\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and deliver clear, detailed instructions for product and packaging decks/mockups in collaboration with design partners.</li>\n<li>Ideate and create spec sheets for diverse product categories, ensuring precision and attention to detail.</li>\n<li>Leverage expertise in materials, finishes, and print techniques to enhance product designs.</li>\n<li>Anticipate and manage development of complex products with strict compliance and CSR requirements, ensuring all specifications are met from concept through production.</li>\n<li>Drive cross-functional alignment across design, development, production, compliance and QC teams to ensure execution is accurate, on-brand, and delivered on schedule.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Sourcing &amp; Costing:\n<ul>\n<li>Negotiate pricing and program details with domestic and overseas factory partners for multi-SKU programs.</li>\n<li>Ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality or brand alignment.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Problem Solving:\n<ul>\n<li>Employ a solution-oriented mindset to address challenges proactively, ensuring flawless execution.</li>\n<li>Apply creativity and critical thinking to innovate within budgetary constraints.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience in product development, with a focus on home goods, electronics, wellness, or lifestyle products preferred.</li>\n<li>Proven track record managing end-to-end product development, from ideation to delivery.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and print techniques.</li>\n<li>Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables simultaneously.</li>\n<li>Experience with domestic and overseas sourcing and manufacturing.</li>\n<li>Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for driving large-scale, high-impact programs.</li>\n<li>Availability to work after hours or across time zones as needed.</li>\n<li>Meticulous attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you can expect:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Time off in line with French regulations, including additional RTT days</li>\n<li>Hybrid working model, 3 days in office</li>\n<li>Discretionary bonuses</li>\n<li>Additional company days off (e.g. Birthday Day)</li>\n<li>Monthly remote work allowance</li>\n<li>Transportation reimbursement and health coverage in accordance with French regulations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Please note:</em><em> </em><em>Fluency in English and French is essential to effectively collaborate with our internal teams, international partners, and to participate in a wide range of projects. </em><em> Resumes are required to be submitted in English.</em></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><em><br></em><em>Twelve Inc. is committed to building an inclusive environment for people of all backgrounds and everyone is encouraged to apply.
