          "text": "<p>The Accounting Specialist position reports to the Accounting Manager and is responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and assisting with month end and year end close processes.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Perform end-of-month closing and post-closing activities such as preparing general ledger entries, assisting with balance sheet reconciliations, compiling data and supporting documentation for journal entries.</li><li>Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.</li><li>Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll activities, and others.</li><li>Assist with internal and external audits and tax inquiries by providing documentation and explanations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards (GAAP).</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li></ul>",
