Once hired, we encourage our employees to continue to seek opportunities for advancement and leadership.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Responsibilities for Talent Acquisition Partners: </u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and structure the recruitment plan</li>\n <li>Develop a pipeline of talent, specifically for frequently filled positions, by sourcing, recruiting, and screening candidates using databases, job boards, professional networks, social media and referrals</li>\n <li>Oversee the interview process by conducting and/or scheduling interviews (phone screening calls, video interviews and in-person meetings) to gauge the suitability of the candidate for the position</li>\n <li>Collaborate with the hiring manager and HR staff during the offer and pre-hire process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, license verifications, start dates, background screens, and other pertinent details</li>\n <li>Attend conferences and career fairs as needed</li>\n <li>Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications for Talent Acquisition Partners:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in business or HR related field</li>\n <li>Minimum of 1 year of proven success in a sourcing or Recruiter role (either in a corporate or agency setting)</li>\n <li>Previous recruiting in the healthcare space is highly preferred</li>\n <li>Deep working knowledge of sourcing tactics for both passive and active candidates</li>\n <li>Proven networking abilities and strong follow up skills</li>\n <li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing and results-driven environment</li>\n <li>Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills (verbal and written)</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and be self-motivated</li>\n <li>Highly proficient in MS Office Suite</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We know you may have questions before applying.  <strong>To speak to a recruiter directly, email your questions and/or resume to</strong> <strong>[email protected]</strong> <strong>with the position and location you’re interested in.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer: disability/veteran</em></p>",
