The Legal Talent Management Assistant is an entry level position responsible for providing daily support to the Legal Talent Management - Litigation team and assigned practice groups . Responsibilities : Provide day-to-day support to the Legal Talent Management Managers and Directors supporting the Litigation department. Generate and distribute reports. Schedule and prepare materials for department meetings; serve as point of contact with Conference Reservations, Catering and IS. Assist with all aspects of the attorney review processes, including assembling review packets. Assist with special events as needed. Review and track attorney expenses. Assist the Legal Talent Management Department with various other administrative duties . Highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail. Excellent inter-personal skills. Demons trated ability to work confidently and collaboratively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Resourceful, driven attitude with a genuine desire and energy to use a “whatever it takes” approach to ensure team success. Exhibits high energy and genuine enthusiasm for the job and related projects. This is a hybrid role which requires in-office attendance in accordance with the schedule set forth by the department. A hybrid schedule is an essential function of this role. Salary: $60,000 - $65,000. Paul, Weiss offers competitive compensation and benefits packages. The firm considers a number of factors when determining compensation, including, but not limited to, education, years of experience, levels of experience, competency levels and other relevant skills and qualifications.
