We also offer multiple employee engagement activities and community events.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Job Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Run CMM Machines</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Final visual inspection of HPG customer products</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Follow strict inspection protocol in performing inspection</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Analyze data to ensure conformance of parts to design intent, dimensional requirements, blueprints and other specifications</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Communicate inspections results to other departments within the company</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Calibration of measuring equipment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Final product packaging</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide training for new employees as required</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain safe and clean workspace</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure timely completion of all quality requirements/documents</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform other tasks within the department as required</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide precision dimensional inspections as required, using CMM verifications along with other standard measuring instruments.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">One year of related experience is preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to take precise measurements using specialized equipment and techniques.</li></ul><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High School Education is preferred. Engineering experience a plus. Must have valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Welding or machining knowledge/background is a plus.</li><li>Strong work ethic and positive team attitude</li></ul></div><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Computer related skills in PCDMIS and Microsoft Office.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to give, receive, and analyze information, formulate work plans, prepare written materials, and articulate goals and action plans.
