We are Fellowship Square Tucson, a not-for-profit senior living community, seeking a <strong>Transportation Coordinator</strong> to oversee and support our transportation services while leading a dedicated team of drivers who make a difference every day.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role is ideal for someone who is organized, people-focused, and committed to safety, service, and accountability.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate daily transportation schedules and routes to ensure timely, efficient service</li>\n <li>Supervise, support, and guide drivers to promote professionalism and safety</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with transportation safety standards and regulations</li>\n <li>Oversee vehicle readiness, inspections, and maintenance coordination</li>\n <li>Respond to scheduling changes, service needs, or transportation issues</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate records related to drivers, vehicles, and transportation activity</li>\n <li>Serve as a point of contact for transportation questions, concerns, and service requests</li>\n <li>Foster a respectful, customer-focused experience for all passengers</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)</li>\n <li>Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
