We are an entrepreneurial, multidisciplinary firm across North America with a history of successfully delivering some of the most complex infrastructure projects.&nbsp; We are currently looking to grow and enhance our transit, rail control systems, structural, roadway, and tunneling practices. This is an opportunity for exposure from our talented and experienced staff&nbsp;based in our New York office.</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><strong>What a day at EXP has in store for you</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Prepare construction documents in coordination with multi-discipline project team of architects and engineers.</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Coordinate project requirements and development of construction documents with subconsultants.</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Meet with product vendors to review specific products to be incorporated into the projects.</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Perform code reviews and meet independently with local code officials to review and determine specific local code requirements and project compliance.</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Perform bid phase and construction phase tasks including site visits, review of shop drawings, responding to requests for information, and issuing clarifications.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Lead the development of design alternatives using a variety of media, including computer visualization, and physical models. Work in coordination with and oversight of the Principal Architect.</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Lead the development of presentation documents and make design presentations to Clients.</li></ul><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><strong>What your experience looks like</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Degree in architecture required from an Accredited University. Bachelor’s Degree required.</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Must have 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Must have demonstrated ability to use computer software for design.</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Must have detailed knowledge of all phases of architectural and engineering practice.</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Must be proficient in the production of contract documents including Technical Specifications.</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Must be proficient in production with Revit and AutoCAD</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Experience with Sketchup, Photoshop, 3D Studio, Rhino, V-Ray, and other imaging and rendering software.</li></ul><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><strong>The salary range for this role is $70,000-150,0000. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's skill set, experience, certifications, and geographic location.
