This experienced individual will build leadership qualities by taking ownership of customer engagements and expanding technical skills to broaden knowledge base.</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"color: black;background-color: white;\">Display the ability to prepare more complex tax returns for corporations, partnerships, individuals and      trusts</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"color: black;background-color: white;\">Review simple tax returns prepared by entry-level staff</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"color: black;background-color: white;\">Ability to complete, research and address multi-state tax issues</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"color: black;background-color: white;\">Respond to tax notices and assist with tax audits</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"color: black;background-color: white;\">Assist in development of new staff by conducting training classes on software packages and introductory      tax updates</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"color: black;background-color: white;\">Pursue an understanding of the “tax senior” job description and work towards development of such skills</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"color: black;background-color: white;\">Master tax and accounting software tools</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"color: black;background-color: white;\">Development of project management skills (e.g. management of multiple priorities, active communication with peers and colleagues, etc.)</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"color: black;background-color: white;\">Utilize Tax Staff Level 1 for return preparation assistance</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"color: black;background-color: white;\">Master the ability to research tax technical issues and prepare summary of findings</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"color: black;background-color: white;\">Start to unofficially mentor a Tax Staff Level 1 member</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"color: black;background-color: white;\">Stay current on new tax legislation</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"color: black;background-color: white;\">Responsible for direct customer nurturing activities as assigned</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"background-color: white;\">40 Continuing Education Hours annually as laid out in your customized Learning Path</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"background-color: white;\">Attend at least one recruiting or networking event annually</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: black;background-color: white;\"><strong>Desired Skills and Qualifications</strong></span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"background-color: white;\">At least one to three (1-3) years of prior experience in public accounting</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"background-color: white;\">Bachelors in Accounting or Finance </span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"background-color: white;\">CPA candidate</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"background-color: white;\">Experience with general accounting skills</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Two plus (2+) years of experience in a customer service or sales position in retail, restaurants, and/or consulting&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations and demonstrate group presentation skills&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"background-color:
