          "text": "<p>AIR Communities is looking for a&#xa0;<strong>Project Manager III&#xa0;</strong>who will join our eCustomer Marketing team and work at our corporate headquarters located in&#xa0;<strong>the heart of the Denver Tech Center&#xa0;</strong>in&#xa0;<strong>Denver, CO!</strong></p><p>You will lead the implementation of marketing strategy and high-profile initiatives as defined by marketing leadership. Additionally, assist in the development of marketing strategy to meet business objectives.</p><ul><li>Responsible for executing key tasks and possessing knowledge of day-to-day operations.</li><li>Collaborate across teams to manage project needs, meet timelines, conduct UAT, and analyze data from transcripts.</li><li>Duties also include communicating with 3rd party vendors on a regular basis to achieve improved business results and meet our high-quality standards.</li><li>Pursuing initiatives in AI technology, aimed at pushing the boundaries of automation and intelligent systems.</li><li>Key skills in this role include excellent time management, communication skills, collaboration, priority setting, concept development, and multi-tasking.</li><li>Proactively seek and present business and technical opportunities to improve marketing of AIR Communities.</li><li>Monitor competitor business intelligence and stay current with industry business and technical trends.</li><li>Responsible for managing medium to large size projects that may involve the management of developers and team members from other functional areas.</li><li>Lead and manage the implementation of marketing projects, which includes resource and project planning, execution and status updates.</li><li>Possess knowledge of all aspects of the department’s marketing business and technical infrastructure.</li><li>Coordinates with team members to accomplish project objectives.</li><li>AIR values relationships and the benefits from working side by side with teammates, therefore&#xa0;<strong>this is an in-office, on-site five days per week opportunity.</strong></li></ul>",
