The company’s aggressive sales approach and the quality of service are the basis for our strong reputation as a valuable leader in the industry.<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Job Description:</span><br>The role is to provide assistance to customers in order to get all load orders ready to go in the system to meet company expectations.<br> <br>Must be able to communicate adequately in English.<br> <br>Must be able to perform assigned duties with minimal supervision after training period, and be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.<br><br>This role will also involve building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure excellent customer service.<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Duties and responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Upload cargo loads into the system to ensure that dispatchers can schedule on time.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Answer incoming calls and emails from customers.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide assistance and information to all customers about their cargo, location, and arrival to destination, in regards pickups, transit, and deliveries of various cargo.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Update status reports of your specific customers based on real-time information.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Other duties as assigned.<br><br> <br><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Knowledge and skills required:</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Multitasking, proactiveness</li>\n<li>Attention to details</li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal skills</li>\n<li>Degree in Engineer / Administration / Finance is a big plus</li>\n<li>Solid data entry skills with regard to speed and accuracy.</li>\n<li>Intermediate MS Excel skills.</li>\n<li>A self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced office setting.</li>\n<li>Organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">What we offer:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Paid Time Off (PTO)</li>\n<li>Fun and energetic work environment</li>\n<li>US Based Company<br> </li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Working Hours:</span>  </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monday to Friday 7:00am – 4:00 pm CST (1 working Saturday every 2 months)</li>\n</ul>",
