Votre Impact et Responsabilités
Vous contribuerez directement à la croissance des ventes techniques à l’international, particulièrement en Asie, en combinant expertise technique et approche client.
Responsabilités du poste
Identifier et développer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales
Présenter des solutions techniques à des interlocuteurs techniques et décisionnels
Collaborer avec les ingénieurs d’applications pour bâtir des propositions solides
Piloter les démonstrations et essais produits chez les clients
Assurer un suivi rigoureux des comptes dans le CRM
Participer à des salons et effectuer des visites clients à l’international
Contribuer à l’amélioration des outils de vente et à l’intelligence de marché
Former et accompagner les distributeurs et partenaires
Agir comme point de contact principal côté client durant les projets techniques
Le profil recherché
Formation : Baccalauréat ou Maîtrise en photonique, physique ou ingénierie (le laser n'a pas de secret pour vous).
Expertise : 2 à 5 ans d’expérience en ventes techniques ou support client industriel, avec une compréhension des procédés laser et des semi-conducteurs.
Bonne compréhension : Des procédés laser et des environnements semi conducteurs
Globe-trotter : Une disponibilité pour des déplacements internationaux mensuels (Asie et USA en priorité).
Polyglotte : Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l'anglais. Le mandarin est un atout majeur.
Savoir-être : Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles, esprit d'équipe et capacité à bâtir des relations solides.

Key responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Present high value technical solutions to both technical stakeholders and decision makers
Collaborate with application engineers to build strong technical proposals
Lead product demonstrations and customer trials
Maintain accurate account follow up in CRM
Participate in trade shows and conduct international client visits
Contribute to market intelligence and continuous improvement of sales tools
Train and support distributors and partners
Act as the main customer interface during technical projects
The Profile We’re Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Photonics, Physics, or Engineering (lasers hold no secrets for you).
Expertise: 2 to 5 years of experience in technical sales or industrial customer support, with a solid understanding of laser processes and semiconductor environments.
Knowledge of : Semiconductor equipment or manufacturing processes
Globe-trotter: Ready for monthly international travel (primarily Asia and the USA).
Multilingual: Perfect mastery of English and French. Mandarin is a major asset that will open doors for you.
Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong team spirit, and a natural ability to build solid, long-term relationships.
