    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>We are seeking a Home Loan Commissioned Originator to join our Farm Credit family! This position markets and originators home loans and determines appropriate mortgage product each customer.</p>\n<p><br/><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p>\n<p><br/><strong>Business Development:</strong> &nbsp;Develop and implement a marketing plan consistent with the association goals. &nbsp;Organize and promote sales plan to prospective customers and influences to build association business, stimulate loan demand, and expand market penetration. &nbsp;Collaborate with real estate agents, contractors/builders, financial planners, and others to attract new clients. &nbsp;Understand and navigate complex financial documents and close loans priced appropriately.</p>\n<p><br/><strong>Compliance:</strong> Ensure sound, compliant, and complete mortgage loan application packages. &nbsp;Follow all federal and state regulations in regard to mortgage lending. &nbsp;Comply with AgSouth policy and procedures.</p>\n<p><br/><strong>Requirements:</strong><br/>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Education and/or experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree<br/>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;1-3 years related work experience preferred<br/>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization<br/>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to work independently under minimal supervision<br/>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Strong knowledge of computers and mortgage lending software<br/>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Understands Far Credit Reporting Act and mortgage lending rules<br/>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to travel within territory to carry our essential responsibilities of the job</p>\n<p><br/><strong>Other Details:</strong><br/>AgSouth is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including veterans and individuals with disabilities.</p>\n<p><strong>Why AgSouth?</strong><br/>When you work here, you have an opportunity to make a difference for agriculture and rural communities.
