    "descriptionText": "Salary: From USD 52\n\n Description\n\n Position Summary: \n\nAs a barre3 West Village Instructor, you are the foundation of our studios. You are responsible for teaching and leading a remarkable barre3 class and overall experience. You exude warmth and hospitality is always top of mind. You are a strong communicator of the barre3 brand and values. You foster a strong sense of community in your barre3 classes with clients and also with your barre3 West Village teammates. We're looking for strong, dynamic, inspiring, and musical movers who are great communicators, team players, and can really command a room. Familiarity with barre3 classes is a plus!\n\n Key Job Responsibilities\n\n Teach a minimum of 4 barre3 classes per week, using the current standard and guidelines provided by barre3. We are currently focused on early AM, midday, and weekend availability.\n Builds strong relationships with barre3 clients before, during, and after class as well as creates a warm and supportive studio environment.\n Self motivated with a growth mindset remaining curious and open to consistently assessing and growing as an instructor.\n Communicates the barre3 brand and core values through thoughtful cueing.\n Attends quarterly meetings/workshops and specific campaign meetings/training sessions.\n\nABOUT BARRE3\n\nBarre3 is a fitness company building communities based on body positivity and inclusivity—and this starts with the workplace.\n\nOUR COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION\n\nCommunity is at the core of barre3, and we believe that a culture of wellbeing can only thrive when we collectively embrace diversity and inclusion across all races, genders, gender identities, sexual orientations, ages, cultures, religions, abilities, bodies, socio economic statuses, and experiences. Qualified candidates will receive info session information and invites for instructor auditions. In the audition, we will ask you to learn simple class choreography to then teach. We will be evaluating leadership qualities, strong body awareness, and musicality.
