At the forefront of this transformation, is Model Based Systems Engineering. The Digital Engineering Operations department is seeking a strategic and skilled Senior Advanced MBSE Solutions Engineer to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Digital Engineering, you will play a critical role in driving adoption of Model Based Systems Engineering tools and methodologies across Honeywell Aerospace Responsibilities Architect, implement and maintain standard MBSE reference models and style guides in Cameo, including custom Meta Models and Stereotypes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and establish MBSE processes and best practices. Implement automations, extensions and validation checks within Cameo to enable and accelerate Systems Engineering processes. Provide technical guidance and support for the use of Cameo and Model Based Systems Engineering. Develop and maintain training materials and conduct workshops to educate teams on MBSE methodologies and tools. Lead MBSE Community of Practice to drive adoption of MBSE Develop and enable Digital Thread integrations between Cameo and other key Digital Engineering Tools (DOORS NG, Teamcenter). Monitor industry trends in MBSE tools and processes and evaluate emerging SysML 2.0 tools.  Role can be based at any of these locations: Phoenix, AZ; Minneapolis, MN; Mississauga, ON; Torrance, CA Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Strong knowledge of MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo Systems Modeler, IBM Rhapsody, etc.) and methodologies (e.g., SysML). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems and requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in training and mentoring team members on MBSE principles and tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. We Value: Certifications in MBSE or related fields (e.g., INCOSE).
