This role is ideal for an early‑career EHS professional who is passionate about safety, sustainability, and continual improvement, and who wants to develop within a supportive, global organisation.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Based from our Watford office, you’ll report to the Group EQH&amp;S Manager and work closely with operational teams across the UK and Europe</span>.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>What You Will Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the monitoring and reporting of EHS performance across multiple business units</li>\n<li>Partner with operational teams to promote safe systems of work across office, site, and field‑based activities</li>\n<li>Assist in delivering EHS inductions and training to employees and contractors</li>\n<li>Support compliance with UK and EU EHS legislation and internal standards</li>\n<li>Maintain and improve EHS Management Systems aligned with ISO standards</li>\n<li>Assist in accident, incident, and near‑miss investigations, including follow‑up actions</li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with stakeholders through reports, emails, and meetings</li>\n<li>Travel to operational sites as required</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Will Bring</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma in Health and Safety, NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)</li>\n<li>Minimum of 1 years’ experience</li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office packages required.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills</li>\n<li>Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and make recommendations.</li>\n<li>Hold a full valid driving license without endorsements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits You Will Love</span></p>\n<p>At Murphy Geospatial – A Woolpert Company, you’ll join a collaborative and innovative team where your expertise makes a real impact.
