We also provide a 401(k) savings plan, Employee Assistance Program, a tuition reimbursement program, professional development and advancement opportunities.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Join our team, be part of the solution, support evolving innovations, and help us continue providing quality products, all while being supported by strong leadership and a comprehensive and competitive benefits program.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Directing electrical maintenance activities done in the plant and quarry, which include the repairing and adjusting of existing electrical equipment and installing of new equipment. </li>\n <li>Inspecting field instrumentation, wiring, calibration, equipment condition and proper installation, ensuring optimum operating performance. </li>\n <li>Responsible for directing calibration of instrumentation and control devices, testing systems for proper operation after repair, working from schematic drawings, wiring diagrams and manufacturer’s instructions.</li>\n <li>Responsible for preparing electrical maintenance and construction contracts, and maintaining records of costs on all project work. </li>\n <li>Training and supporting plant personnel in the electrical preventative/predictive maintenance program, as well as participating in the plant’s on-call program.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Two year technical degree or equivalent</li>\n <li>At least five (5) years in the electrical field</li>\n <li>Proficiencies in PdM and preventative electrical maintenance</li>\n <li>Strong electrical background with an emphasis on improving reliability</li>\n <li>Good decision making-making, organizational and computer skills with the ability to communicate in an effective manner with all levels of personnel</li>\n <li>Cement process knowledge is preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Buzzi Unicem USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.  </em><em>Please note that candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and that only qualified candidates will be contacted. </em></p>",
