Our Core Values are, Excellence, Teamwork and Care if this describes and you are passionate about food, quality, guest service and growth, come join our team!</p><p>As an Assistant General Manager you will play a vital role in leading and supporting operations!</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Greets all customers in a friendly, and helpful in a timely manner</li><li>Take customer orders over the counter and phone orders</li><li>Offers information and suggestions about our menu to the customer</li><li>After the customer is done ordering repeat the order to the customer</li><li>Repeats order and show them their meal for accuracy</li><li>Follows up with customers to make sure needs are being met.</li><li>Acknowledges and addresses guest and Team Member concerns</li><li>Understands follows and executes all food safety and work safety requirements</li><li>Ensures product is being prepared, served and stored to company standard, following all food safety regulations (FIFO)</li><li>Executes store operations during scheduled shifts; organizes opening and closing duties as assigned.</li><li>Provides on-going coaching to store team.
